Useful when at trade shows or out in the showroom.  Web-Cat catalogue: The Web-Cat is a fully searchable product catalogue generated automatically from X- Margin and can be used within the showroom as a picture-product lookup and optionally embedded within your own website with just two lines of code.      Supplier catalogues: Embedded features to allow the creation of full supplier catalogues containing many hundreds of items extremely quickly. Type supplier files, paste directly from Excel, import from stock system exports or import directly from suppliers through the In2Retail ASD system.  Edit data: Edit items by drilling down into Suppliers, ranges and items. Manually change any price and instantly see the margin, markup and current discount as you type.  Updating prices: Update supplier price files either by importing, pasting or sliding down a single column to type in new prices at speed. Click save and the data is ready to calculate or export.  Calculating prices: Calculate across the entire store, instantly apply a blanket discount or margin across every supplier and then tweak individual suppliers or ranges to any required margin, markup or discount level.  Calculating selected products: Search out all of a particular product e.g. ‘Recliners’ and apply a special weekend discount across them all.  Price rounding: Choice of incredible price rounding routines to choose from or, design your own with different rounding rules for different price bands. This one feature alone can make a difference to your overall profit margin by controlling exactly how every single price is calculated.  Margin observation: View and observe the overall store margin across every supplier on one screen. Drill down on a suspect low margin and view all ranges. Drill down again from ranges into items. All incredibly easily and quickly.  Debranding: All supplier names and range names can be debranded to an in-store name. All customer facing screens will then show debranded names automatically with X-Margin showing both. Click here System integration Uploading images Subscribers to X-Margin can also download a unique application that can upload entire supplier image CD’s. All folders and sub folders found on the CD are automatically mirrored on the X-Margin server. The images can then be simply ticked to attach them to your products and passed directly to websites, price files and other showroom point of sale.
