The basics are, that you own the data that you enter into your database. You are responsible for any material that you upload. It is up to you to ensure that any material that you upload does not infringe anyone elses copyright.

If we've written the code, we own the code with no exceptions. The Systems: Web pages, functions scripts and all programming, designs, graphics and documents supplied either directly or indirectly from iSiR. The systems will always remain the property of iSiR (UK) where all rights are reserved.

You use the systems online and therefore do not need to install anything onto your own PC's. You must not copy in whole or in part any code, programming knowledge, scripts or routines from within the different web pages or source code from reports that the system produces.

The systems are provided for your use as you find them. They do not offer any form of guarantee of function, fit for the purpose of, or guarantee of correctness. These systems evolve with the ongoing demands of the users where iSiR reserve the right to change, modify or delete whatever functions or features we feel is appropriate for the systems to further evolve without prior notice.

The systems evolve through user suggestions and indepth trade knowledge. All development suggested will be considered and implemented at our own discretion. There is no extra charge for ongoing development of the systems.

Bespoke system changes are considered individually and are chargeable but all other rules above apply to any and all bespoke work.

You are only obligated to a 3 month period.
Refunds will not be entered into for cancellations before the end of the subscribed 3 month period.

No other company, agent or representative is permitted to extend a contract for In2Retail.com (iSiR) services greater than 3 months. All system features, functions and capabilities should be read about from this web site or from within the actual systems.
