Welcome to the range of In2Retail.com systems. All AIS suppliers have been provided with a unique In2Retail.com system named 'ASD' to produce their full catalogue of products that are then made available through members.net

As an AIS member, you can download either, a single file or an entire file-pack from any or all of the suppliers listed within members.net

Each file-pack contains several file formats and includes one carefully structured for Excel. This way, all files that you download will be in the same structure and format, making it much easier for stock systems to receive the same data and therefore, possibly, completely eliminating the need to re-key the suppliers data into your own systems.

Most files will also have images attached to either, each item or at least each range. All images are automatically rescaled so that they can be easily used within a web site. You don't actually need the images themselves, just the image path which is part of the file that you download.

File packs should also contain all dimensions for each product along with a paragraph of text for each range. All very useful for both, instore use and for your web site.



X-Margin is ready for your files
The In2Retail X-Margin system is currently the only system that fully utilises the AIS members.net file-packs. X-Margin contains a special screen where you, as an AIS member, can login to your own supplier files and import them directly into X-Margin. Within seconds of doing this you can, recalculate the costs into both, a 'Usual' price and an 'Event' price, convert all ranges into a printed price list or picture price list, pick out items along with your new prices and convert them to instore price tickets. You can even send the entire supplier with all images directly to your own web site. As an AIS member, you could login to the demonstration X-Margin system (Far right) go to Edit | Import and load any of your supplier file-packs. All prices loaded in this way, into the demonstration database will be replaced with random figures to protect sensitive information. You could then click on the Calculate | Calculate and change the prices of the entire supplier in just a few seconds. If the supplier that you load has images of items, these could be instantly searched out through the example web catalogue or printed as a picture price list. It really is this instant to get so much benefit from these systems. If you were to subscribe to using these systems, you would have your own private database and could load every AIS supplier directly into the system without typing anything, that's around 100,000 products.

The supplier file-packs that are now available through AIS are
